This seminar will cover aspects of corporate finance that every well-informed senior manager should be familiar: latest valuation factors and methodologies, factors to consider when considering a corporate acquisition or merger, basic understanding of current global macro-economic influences and business drivers, and information on how to protect your corporate investments and assets from internal fraud.
