The College of Business Administration at NDSU recognizes the need for timely, relevant and to-the-point training and development for today's top level managers.

The Purpose of the Seminar Series

  1. Enhance the leadership performance of senior managers and executives through interaction with industry experts
  2. Deepen and broaden the knowledge and skills of participants through collaboration with peers from a variety of industry sectors
  3. Significantly increase the professional network of participants

  • To enhance leadership performance in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • To provide opportunities for interaction with industry experts, peers and educators that results in improved analysis and response to trends and changing economies.

Each workshop in the series is limited to 20 - 30 participants in order to promote and encourage personal interaction with the presenters.
Each workshop is held in an accessible venue and may be repeated in other locations depending on response.
