  This 26-minute video is particularly appropriate for search committees and supervisors who are conducting interviews. The video illustrates several different types of interviewing questions and also suggests how to effectively plan, structure and manage an interview to get the most helpful information.

  This 28-minute video explains behavioral interviewing, an approach that emphasizes the importance of exploring an applicant’s past experience as the best predictor of future performance. The video demonstrates how to structure an effective interview and develop appropriate questions based on specific experience.
