INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE ND VETERAN'S PRFERENCE CLAIM FORM

Positions that do not include specific instructional responsibilities are subject to the North Dakota Veteran's Preference Law.

If the position you are filling is subject to this law, the packet of information sent to the search committee chair will include information about how to conduct the search in compliance with this law, including a sample of this form. You may use the sample to make additional copies or you may create your own copies by using either the Adobe or wordprocessing versions on the WEB. A copy of the ND Veteran's Preference claim form should be sent to every applicant for positions subject to this law.
