Advanced Undergraduate Research Awards (AURA)
Upper-division undergraduate students conduct summer and fall research as members of faculty research teams.

AURA Program Information

2008 AURA is available through UND only.

The NSF ND EPSCoR award period is from May 1, 2005 to April 30, 2008. The NDSU office does not have NSF carryover funds for an AURA program for summer 2008.

Faculty Laboratory and Research Experiences (FLARE)
Faculty from the comprehensive and liberal arts colleges in North Dakota are provided opportunities to conduct collaborative research with established principal investigators at NDSU and UND.

Faculty Laboratory and Instructional Techniques Enhancement (FLITE)
Science curricula at the North Dakota Tribally Controlled Community Colleges are augmented by state-of-the-art equipment and by North Dakota University System faculty who conduct workshops on advanced laboratories for undergraduates.
