Insect Molecular Biology and Biochemistry
Current Research:
I have experience in agricultural entomology and molecular biology including recombinant DNA technology. As a doctoral degree student, I am collaborating with the USDA in a cooperative research project to characterize the molecular genetic profile of Lygus sp. in the Red River Valley of North Dakota and Minnesota and relate findings to the Lygus bug complex in the Great Plains and the rest of the North America.

I am greatly interested in nature photography and explore different places. I like a variety of world music including Indian classical and Western orchestra. I enjoy watching IMAX movies and trying Asian food.
