A plan of study is required for all master's and specialist's degree candidates. The Plan of Study, submitted by the student, becomes official only after approval by the student's adviser, the chair of the educational leadership program, and the graduate dean of the institution through which the student applied for admission. The Plan of Study must be approved before the master's degree student is eligible to take the comprehensive examination. Once the plan has been approved, any changes must be approved in writing by the adviser, program chair, and the appropriate graduate dean. The plan of study forms are are available through the TCU Educational Leadership offices or on-line. For on-line forms: NDSU students go to NDSU plan of studies available in PDF through the Graduate School Student Forms site. Or MSUM students go to MSUM Proposed Graduate Course Plan available through the Graduate Information link. Students may make changes to their plan of study (and supervisory committee members) by first consulting with their advisor and completion and submission to the respective graduate schools a change of program form. The forms are available from the advisors. |
