Military

When: Tuesdays beginning Tuesday July, 22 5pm-6pm
Where: NDSU Library room #10
Who can attend: Any NDSU student, faculty or staff member who has a
loved one in the Military. This includes partners of NDSU students

Meditation For Stress Management Group

Offered since 2001 for NDSU students, faculty and staff!

A new SAMHSA web site to help reduce the stigma of mental illness on college campuses! Full of information on mental illnesses, how to support a friend, and real stories from people recovering from mental illness.

Ulifeline is a site that offers mental health information especially for college students, including:

  • A self-screening program for you to take if you are concerned about your own emotions or those of a friend
  • A program that will answer your questions about mental health issues
  • A vast mental health resource library
