Herbert W. Snyder, Ph.D., has served on the faculties of Fort Lewis College, Durango, Colo.; Indiana University; University of Iowa, Iowa City; and Syracuse (N.Y.) University. Prior to his teaching experiences, he served as a senior intelligence analyst with the 425th Military Intelligence Detachment and senior investigator for New York State Insurance Fund. He is co-author of the book, “Costing and Pricing in the Digital Age,” and is a contributing author to the column “Small Change” in Library Administration and Management.
