The College of Business, in conjunction with the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute, and the Department of Agribusiness and Applied Economics, offers a minor in Logistics. The minor prepares student for careers in transportation, the retail and wholesale sectors, and the public sector. Companies increasingly rely on an effective and efficient logistics system to remain competitive.

A Logistics Minor requires a minimum of 19 credits. Students must earn a 2.50 cumulative grade-point average which is based upon the courses used to satisfy the minor requirements. Courses may not be taken on pass/fail.
*An additional 3 credit 300-400 level course in business, industrial engineering, or agribusiness. Under certain circumstances, a course from other departments may satisfy this requirement. Departmental approval is required for any course not completed at NDSU and used to satisfy the minor requirements. Courses may not be taken pass/fail unless approved as an internship.
