The NDSU Career Center is the centralized career services for the university. We are committed to building valuable employer relationships by providing the following services for employers registered with the Career Center:Seniors, Grad students and Interns/Co-ops:
- On-line job boards for job postings :
- Access to student resumes – FREE with posted position
- Year-round recruiting services
- On-line job board for job postings. $50 per job posting active for 30 days.
- Access to alumni resume book - $50 with a posted position
- Experienced Alumni Search program
- Schedule on-campus interviews
- Schedule information meetings for students and faculty
- Host faculty luncheons
- Attend career fairs
- Contact student organizations
- Schedule classroom presentations
- Videoconference for interviews
On-line Registration
On-line registration is available by creating an account with NDSU CAREERlink which
will allow you to post jobs and access student/alumni resume
books. You will receive an email on the status of your registration
within two business
days, including instructions on completing the registration process.

Campus Interviews For a successful on-campus recruiting visit:
- Determine the interview date(s)
- contact us at least 4 weeks prior to interview dates(s) to allow for promotion to students
- Complete the Interview Request
Form, which includes the following
:
- choose pre-select or open schedule(s)
- select interview type(s) for full-time permanent or co-op/intern positions
- include all appropriate NDSU majors to ensure a wide variety of qualified applicants
- schedule an informational meeting if applicable
- Submit each job description(s) through online system, NDSU CAREERlink
- Confirmation letter will be sent as soon as all details are finalized
- Monitor your interview schedule(s) throughout the process and adhere to timeline(s) for pre-selecting candidates

Informational Meetings
Informational meetings are an informal introduction to your company that will allow recruiters to familiarize students with available positions. All meetings are held in the NDSU Memorial Union or NDSU Alumni Center and are scheduled by the Career Center.
A successful informational meeting includes the following:
- An enthusiastic 20 minute presentation with Q&A afterwards
- verbal, tv/video, DVD or Power Point presentations
- Food and refreshments (always appreciated by students)
- pizza, sub sandwiches, cookies or sodas are some options
