You should have received a brochure regarding Keys2Campus in the mail.
It contained your security ID which will allow access to the Keys2Campus

Keys2Campus is your alumni community in cyberspace where-you can meet old friends,
network for jobs, or get the latest news about NDSU and its activities.
This comprehensive package was created in conjunction with Harris Publishing Company
for NDSU alumni.

A registration process will be required to gain access to the community initially.
You should receive a Keys2Campus mailing by January 15, 1999 specifying your personal
access ID number. You will need this ID number to register. If you do not receive a
mailer, please contact the Alumni Association at 1-800-279-8971 or (701)231-6817 and ask
for Gail.

Following is a description of the services that will be available:
This listing will include all graduates as well as some former students. Addresses,
degree information, employer and occupation can be included as well as an e-mail address.
If you are listed in the on-line directory, you will be able to:
update your personal record and select the information to be
shown on-line at any time.
search the directory by any of the fields listed
e-mail individuals directly from their personal listing
add a personal home page to your directory listing
The resume and job databases are designed to be easy to use for employers
and job-seekers. This powerful search vehicle can help you find just the right
person or the right opportunity. This service is offered at no charge and includes
the following features:
Your resume can be created on-line using a standard form or, your
personal resume may be electronically transferred.
You may post your resume blind. Potential employers can then communicate
via e-mail to Harris Publishing who then forwards this information on
to you.
Your resume viewing may be limited to the NDSU community or by all
participating communities.
You establish the amount of time which your resume may be viewed, ranging
from 15 days to one year.
You may search for a job opportunity or for an individual by job type,
geographic location, job title, company, salary range and other
key words.
There will be up to 10 bulletin boards set up exclusively for NDSU alumni.
The topics will vary and will be used for announcements as well as areas of interest.
No matter how often your e-mail address changes, you can keep the same address through
Keys2Campus. Each individual will have access to a permanent e-mail address. You
will be responsible for updating your e-mail address through the community as it changes.
Your permanent e-mail address will remain the same but point to any e-mail address you choose.
Please note, this is not an Internet provider.
Keys2Campus will provide the tools needed to promote your business or professional practice.
Advertisements in the virtual yellow pages can be updated or deleted at any time, and
can remain on-line for as long as you wish. Potential customers can easily search through
these ads, sorting them by geographic location (state or region), or by type of service or
business.
