Get your ISIC in Memorial Union 116.
The International Student Identity Card (ISIC) is required of all NDSU study abroad students and provides travel discounts abroad, plus some travel and medical benefits. However, the ISIC is NOT a substitute for health insurance*.

Cost is $22 and is available in the Office of International Programs (OIP) in Memorial Union 116.
*We require all NDSU study abroad students to be covered with mandatory study abroad health insurance for the duration of their program. NDSU study abroad students will obtain study abroad health insurance through NDSU by speaking to the study abroad advisor.

- Fill out following sections:
- Personal Information
- Permanent Address
- School Declaration
- Have school declaration stamped by NDSU's Office of Registration and Records, Ceres 110. Registration and Records stamps your application, verifying that you are an enrolled student at NDSU.
- Note: The card is issued directly by the Office of International Programs and can be picked up in 3 days.
- Get an ID photo taken. Places where you can do this include but are not limited to:
- Wal-Mart
- Walgreens at West Acres Shopping Center, Fargo
- Ritz Camera at West Acres Shopping Center, Fargo (6 for $15)
- Kvamme Travel & Cruises, Moorhead - www.kvammetravel.com
- **Please call these places before you go to make sure they are still offering photos and to find out the price.
